1. All kinds of tonnage motor grinding in the performance list are specified in its rated lifting force, it is strictly prohibited to use overload.
2. In order to prevent shift, spring and steel ball are installed in the fork as shift positioning. It is necessary to check frequently whether the spring steel ball is firmly in the slot, if it is not firmly, it must be replaced by the fork spring or adjusted to continue to use.
3. Pay attention to the wear of the friction sheet for automatic brake and interlock brake. In actual use, when the clutch is pushed out, the lifting weight is observed to slide no more than 10 cm. Automatic brake gear tightening and release the normal clearance of 0.5-1 mm, if the clearance exceeds 1 mm, the friction sheet should be replaced in time, otherwise the brake will fail.
4. The spring on the clutch operating handle is connected with the expansion ring brake device, which should automatically relax and hang down in the working state (that is, when the clutch is closed). When the brake handle is pushed forward, the brake spring pulls the brake arm to produce brake braking effect. Be careful not to shorten the length of the brake spring at will, otherwise the brake arm will be tightened in the working state, causing the brake ring to burn, and the grinder can not work normally.
5. Series grinder and grinding core; The stopper must lock the grinding core before working, and it is strictly forbidden to fall off the stopper; Keep lifting the weights.
6. The gearbox is made of aluminum alloy, the screws should not be too tight to avoid slipping, and it is not suitable to knock with a hammer. The structure of the gear box is compact, if there is a foreign body (such as bearing steel ball) falling or blocking, it should be stopped and repaired in time to prevent major accidents that damage the gear and the box.
7. The machine must be carefully checked after long-distance transportation, whether the fastening screws are loose in each part, and in accordance with the requirements of the product manual, respectively, the engine and gear box are filled with the prescribed amount of oil, and then the engine test run can be started.
8. The gearbox must keep 1/4 lubricating oil.
9. After each use of the machine, the dust, oil and other dirt on the machine should be removed in time. All cleaning work should be carried out after the machine stops running.
